We pin down the problem, the surfaces that matter, and what “done” looks like before writing code.

Design, implementation, and iteration run in one loop — agents handle the repetitive work; a human owns the product decisions.

We ship to real stores and real users. Store submission, build pipelines, and release hygiene are part of the job, not an afterthought.
Working across time zones
We build for teams abroad, so the process assumes a time-zone gap rather than working around one.
Overlapping hours
Based in India (UTC+5:30). Our working day covers the whole European day and the US morning, so questions do not wait a full cycle.
Async by default
Written updates you can read when you wake up, with a working build to look at. Calls when a decision needs one, not as a status ritual.
Remote, contract-based
A scoped agreement per project, all work in English, and a repository you own from the first commit.
